In 2010, Joxko introduced a call service called “Joxko Phone,” broadening its communication options.

Since 2025, users can now recharge their own prepaid mobile accounts in France and Italy on most leading networks.

More recently, Joxko added the ability to send food vouchers to loved ones in Africa via partner stores, facilitating access to essential goods.

The recharge is processed instantly on the recipient's device.

Mobile recharges in France and Italy:

Joxko also enables users to top-up their own prepaid mobiles in France (operators such as SFR, Orange, Lycamobile, Lebara, SYMA) and Italy (Wind, Tim, Vodafone).

Food vouchers:

The platform now offers the option to support loved ones’ food needs by sending vouchers redeemable at partner stores across Africa. The process is straightforward:

• Select the beneficiary’s country
• Input their phone number
• Select the voucher amount

Once payment is completed, the beneficiary receives an SMS containing a code that can be used directly at partner retail locations to purchase groceries or essentials.
